RAIDERS: Vol. 1 Remixed
Nothing to see here, just another remixed package squeezing extra mileage out of rinsed out tunes…
Wait a minute, that’s actually not the case!?!? RAIDERS record label introducing an insane various artists collection of complete re-imaginings of some of the biggest tunes from their very first release: Ghettoraid Vol.1. No straight edits on this one, it’s all high-newtrition, juicy fresh content! From the mirror-sheen, clinical electro of Mike Starr’s J@net rework, to the rave fave that is Rory Kelly’s Big Mama RMX of The Past, to URTE’s hands-in-the-air breaks version of Could It Be, this release has something for everyone who likes it fast, funky and “auf die Fresse”.
As RAIDERS says, they started collecting tracks at the beginning of 2021 and after a surprisingly busy summer and some wild reactions testing them out on unsuspecting Berliners, they are finally delighted to say that they will drop on January 31st. Not only will release be available digitally via Bandcamp, but RAIDERS will also be offering tracks on a limited edition USB Stick, which will be the final in their series of engraved thumbdrives. For those who have been asking RAIDERS to reissue the Ghettoraid Vol. 1 USB, this is your chance to get what you need as we will be bundling all the tracks from the original release with the stick in addition to the new remixes and some spicy bonus content of course.
As a support info, this release was mastered by Olo Mastering. Artwork was kindly regarded by Odjetos. In addition to USB Stick + Digital, compilation RAIDERS: Vol. 1 Remixed is available at all social media marketplaces!
