The release of «Outlaw VA» is a large-scale exploration of groove, consisting of 16 tracks, where a complex, breathing rhythm and a melody at the core play equally. Compilation has wide geography – tracks by musicians from Australia and Eastern Europe, Mexico, Germany, Holland, and faraway Siberia. The tracks themselves are rich in atmospheric synthesizers and vintage samples, arranged in a 4×4 time signature. Dense, sometimes minimalist kicks, languid snares, and, of course, embellished and endlessly varied hi-hats.
